All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). By completing a purchase you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service. Cards become accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.
Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the card has not been opened by the recipient. Contact support@whatheartsays.com to request one.
You are responsible for the content you create. You must not create cards that are harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove cards that violate these terms without notice or refund.
The What Heart Says name, logo, and platform design are our property. Card content you create (your text, messages) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to display and deliver it to your recipient.
What Heart Says is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the affected card.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
