What Heart Says is a platform for sending animated, interactive digital cards for the moments that matter most — apologies, birthdays, anniversaries, and proposals. Each card is a tiny, personal piece of theatre that plays out on your recipient's screen.

How does it work?

Pick a card type, fill in a few details (names, a message, a date), preview it, then pay and get a shareable link. Send the link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Your recipient opens it on their phone and the card plays automatically.

How much does it cost?

Cards are ₹99 each, down from the regular price of ₹199 — permanently, for now. That gets you the full animated card, unlimited replays, and the share link forever.

Can I preview the card before paying?

Yes! You can watch a full preview of the animated card inside a phone bezel before you pay anything. Only when you're happy with it do you proceed to payment.

What happens after I pay?

You get a short shareable link instantly. Share it however you like — WhatsApp, SMS, email, or just hand them your phone. The card plays immediately when they open it.

Does the recipient need an app or account?

No app, no account, no downloads. Your card opens in any browser on any device. It just works.

Can I schedule a card for a specific date and time?

Yes. After paying, you'll see a 'Schedule for later' option. Set the date and time and we'll make sure the card is ready to share at exactly the right moment.

Can I edit the card after paying?

Currently cards are locked after payment. If you need a correction, write to us at support@whatheartsays.com and we'll do our best to help.

How many times can the recipient replay the card?

Unlimited. The link stays live and they can replay it as many times as they like, any time they want.

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Question 11

What if the payment fails?

Accepted Answer

No charge is made if the payment fails. Your card draft is saved for 7 days. You can return and retry at any time.

Do you offer refunds?

If the card link doesn't work on the recipient's device or there's a technical issue on our side, we'll refund you or remake the card. Just write to support@whatheartsays.com.

Can I send the same card to multiple people?

Each card is personalised with a name, so you'd need to create a new card for each person. That said, if you have a use case for bulk sending, reach out — we'd love to chat.

What languages do you support?
